UPDATE: The Lancaster County Coroner has identified the woman who was killed in Saturday's shooting. According to the coroner, the victim was 27-year-old Amdrella Cartel of Lancaster.
The Bureau of Police was able to identify the suspect in this shooting as Timothy Allen, age 20, of Lancaster. Allen was charged by Det. Austin Krause with criminal homicide, one count of criminal attempt criminal homicide, one count of aggravated assault, ten counts of recklessly endangering another person, and one count of carrying a firearm without a license.
A warrant has been issued for Allen's arrest. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
The coroner was called to the scene of a fatal shooting in Lancaster early Saturday morning.
Emergency dispatch says the shooting occurred just before 3 a.m. in the 600 block of North Plum Street.
According to police, when officers arrived, they found a 27-year-old woman dead from a gunshot wound.
Police say that shortly after locating the first victim, they were notified of two other adult victims at the hospital who had nonfatal, gunshot-related injuries.
