TODAY, LOKEY AND HER DOG TURRET OF MEDICINE FOR HER SERVICE DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. SHE, ALONG WITH HER HANDLER, RAISED MORE THAN $100,000 TO CREATE AND DELIVER HERO HEALING KITS. FRONTLINE HEALTH CARE WORKERS AND PROVIDE THERAPY SESSIONS WITH THEY’RE REALLY GOOD AT NOW. CONGRATULATIONS TO LOKI AND OTHER SERVICE DOGS ON THEIR BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT TODAY. A very special student received an honorary degree Tuesday from the University of Maryland.Loki earned her "dogtorate of medicine" for her service during the COVID-19 pandemic. She, along with her handler, raised more than $100,000 to create and deliver "hero healing kits" to front-line healthcare workers and provide therapy sessions.
