What a difference a few days make! We pulled a photo from the Harrisburg sky cam on Monday morning and compared it to what it looks like today.Watch the video above to see the transition from gorgeous blue skies to thick gray haze.Monday was a beautiful clear morning along the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg. Thursday morning, from the same viewpoint, you could barely see the water. The ridge on the far horizon, which was clearly visible on Monday, is now entirely obscured.The air quality alert has fluctuated between a red and orange today. Currently, we are at red, the most severe alert stage. During a code red alert, everyone may experience health effects. Members of sensitive groups may experience more serious health effects.
