OTHER OUTREACH SERVICES TO THOSE NEW AREAS. A NEW BILL IS BEING INTRODUCED THAT WOULD GIVE INCENTIVES TO COMPANIES IN PENNSYLVANIA FOR STARTING A FOUR DAY, 32 HOUR WORKWEEK. THOSE COMPANIES WOULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR A STATE INCOME TAX CREDIT. THE BILL IS SPONSORED BY REPRESENTATIVES FROM DAUPHIN, CHESTER AND LEHIGH COUNTIES. IN A LETTER, THOSE REPRESENTATIVES SAY STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT A FOUR DAY WORKWEEK REDUCED EMPLOYEE STRESS AND ALLOWS THEM MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH THEIR FAMILIES.
