THANK YOU, TOM. TO A BALLOT QUESTION. IN THE CITY OF LANCASTER, VOTERS ARE DECIDING WHETHER TO CREATE A COMMISSION TO STUDY MOVING TO A HOME RULE. CHARTER GOVERNMENT HOME RULE WOULD GIVE THE CITY MORE CONTROL OVER DECISIONS, INCLUDING GENERATING TAX REVENUE AS OPPOSED TO STATE CONTROL.
