Unexpected road construction impacts access to voting precinct in York County
York County said unexpected road construction impacted access to one voting precinct on Tuesday.Some voters had difficulty reaching the Conewago Elementary School.Voters accessing the precinct on Copenhaffer Road by Susquehanna Trail ran into a detour. Voters were able to access the precinct directly if they used Butter Road.A court approved the county's request to extend the voting hours to allow additional time for people to vote. The order stated that the line would be cut off at 9:30 p.m. Anyone in line at that time or earlier was allowed to vote.

York County said unexpected road construction impacted access to one voting precinct on Tuesday.

Some voters had difficulty reaching the Conewago Elementary School.
