West Reading Mayor Samantha Kaag said a nearby building with apartments was actually moved four feet.

"Thank you everyone for your support and understanding at this time. I am very proud of our community, of Berks County, of West Reading, and I'm honored to be your mayor. We're all in this together," Kaag said.

The search for survivors continues in West Reading Borough, Berks County, a day after a chocolate factory exploded.
