the following is a double Ugo eight editorial Speaking on behalf of the editorial board is W. G L President and general manager Kyle Grimes. It's often said that crisis reveals character. We think it reveals a lot more over the last two months, it's allowed us to see the soul of our community and the people who make it up. One of them is Department of Health Secretary Dr Rachel Levin. The secretary has been a steady hand for millions of Pennsylvanians. Her demeanor, her care for our commonwealth and her recognition of the importance of transparency have all been commendable. She's helping to guide our state through a non equal calamity. Calls this week for the secretary to resign or be removed are just wrongheaded. All of us are learning about this virus every day. That includes our leaders. When something is this, do we expect information and guide post to evolve. Our editorial board is comforted by having leadership that is willing to make and explain changes to guidance. Our collective health and welfare are most important. We thank the secretary for her service. Send comments to editorials in wgcl dot com
